The Hit Man Makes It 3!!!

The Arizona Modified Midget Association has now closed the history books on race #12 of this 2010 race season with a familiar face taking the top spot.

The AMMA took to the track Saturday night for another round of winged action at Canyon Speedway Park and they gave the fans their monies worth with another night of action packed open wheel racing.

When the checkered flag flew it was Dylan “The Hit Man” Cappello taking home his second consecutive win bring his win total for the season to three. Dylan started on the pole and never looked back leading flag to flag. It looked for a moment like the number 14 car driven by Dustin Cormany might have something for Dylan but “The Hit Man” got up on the wheel and left no doubt who was going to be taking home the checkered flag this night.

Congratulations on another great performance Dylan! It’s too bad that a family vacation will take away your opportunity to go for three in a row; it’s always fun to see one of the “young guns” showing those veteran drivers how it’s done.

The AMMA will be back in action Saturday night (6/26) as they once again take on the sort track at USA Raceway in Tucson.
